Our Event Aproach
Lectures, discussions, presentations, and more are an integral part of Apple A Day's mission to educate and inspire, our meetings should inform and teach our audience in an engaging manner. Members of the organization can prepare and present a neuroscience-related topic in a discussion or lecture. The scope of the presentation can, however, extend beyond textbook neuroscience, in order to spur interest and ensure the inclusion of the wide range of neuroscience-related topics our members may be interested in. For example, it may be a generally understood phenomenon (like auditory hallucinations, optical illusions, etc.) explained excitingly through a neurological lens.

Our basic framework for planning the topic for an event is to:

1. Identify an engaging topic
2. Make the neuroscience topic simple and understandable for students of all ages
3. Design an exciting presentation that contains image/videos/experiments/and more visual aids to supplement the lesson.
4. Deliver an amazing presentation that will spark curiosity and get students to learn in a fun way
We may also invite neuroscientists/neurologists/other relevant professionals involved in the particular field under study to take part in order to complement the material covered.
